30-Minute Zoom Classes for Late Elementary-Aged Children with a Caregiver

Inner Kids Classes for Children

In our late-elementary classes, children and caregivers learn playful activity-based mindfulness practices together that introduce the A, B, C's of Mindfulness - Awareness, Balance, & Compassion. The class focuses on mindfulness-based skills and strategies that support greater clarity, emotional balance, and caring. Each week we explore a new theme.  For Parents and Later Elementary (3rd-5th grade) Together.

Cameras

Mindfulness lessons designated as “For Us” are for children with a caregiver. We kindly request that you leave your camera on for the safety of the children who are participating. If your camera isn’t on the facilitator will remind you to turn it on and if you’re unable to do so will remove you from class. Also for the safety of the children, if you join a class designated “For Us” without a child present we'll ask you to leave class and join a class designated “For Me” (for teens or adults on their own). Thanks for your understanding.

Pay what you can afford

We want our mindfulness lessons to be available to everyone regardless of their ability to pay.  That's why our minimum payment is just $5.  That amount, though, doesn't cover our costs or provide opportunities for those who can't pay anything to join a class.  We encourage you to pay what you can afford with a suggested range of $5 to $25.  And, of course, contact us if you're unable to pay anything so we can accommodate you.
