Even Obi-Wan Kenobi Feels Unsteady Sometimes

We usually think of Obi-Wan Kenobi as being cool, calm, and collected, right? A remarkable Jedi Master. But even Obi-Wan Kenobi feels unsteady sometimes.

It's natural to feel unsteady, especially now during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you don't feel steady – like Obi-Wan is feeling now (watch the video to see what I mean) – mindful awareness can help you feel more grounded.

When our bodies are like mountains, our breath like the wind, and our minds like the sky, we strike a more mindful stance. We notice our breath, but we don't try to change it in any way. We watch our thoughts and emotions. We try not to interfere with them either; we let them come and let them go instead. It's through this simple process that awareness can help us feel steadier and more grounded -- like a Jedi Master.
