Despite the wildfires that were burning throughout Los Angeles County that day, there was a full audience. The theme of the 2019 Think Tank was "Rituals, Routines & Body Rhythms: The Simple and Profound Impacts of When We Eat, Sleep & Play For Health Across the Lifespan." Now, more than ever, the concepts presented throughout the Think Tank are so relevant to our daily lives, and highlight many ways we can help ourselves self-regulate amidst such an uncertain and stressful time, enabling us to be better partners, parents, caregivers, and individuals.
